POLE DANCE

Synthesis of choreography and pole acrobatic elements. You will learn to dance aloft, to perform movements and tricks out of touch with the ground. With regular sessions, the result is noticeable already after 2-3 months: the posture and plastic will improve, the figure will become more trim; your strength, endurance and coordination of movements will increase. Only personal coaching and commercial classes are conducted. Group size is limited. Prior registration is needed.
